Stories Preserved in Motion

Led by Benjamin Gonzales, an associate filmmaker within the Quetzal team, these collections offer a natural, documentary-led approach to preserving the voices, movement, laughter, and emotion of your multi-day celebration.

With the option of one or two videographers, your film coverage can be divided across multiple events and days and shaped around the moments you most want preserved.

CHOOSING YOUR TEAM

One or Two Videographers

One videographer offers a focused, documentary perspective and may be a natural fit for smaller celebrations, simpler schedules, or events taking place in one location.

Two videographers are recommended for larger celebrations, simultaneous traditions, multiple locations, or moments that benefit from being documented from more than one perspective.

Photography and film hours do not need to be identical. Each schedule can be shaped independently around your priorities, allowing you to invest in film coverage where it will bring the greatest value.

A FILM COLLECTION SHAPED AROUND YOUR CELEBRATION

Not Sure Which Coverage Is Right for You?

Share your preliminary schedule, event locations, and the traditions you are planning. I’ll help you determine the right number of film hours, how to distribute them across your celebration, and whether one or two videographers will serve your plans best.

Your photography and film coverage can be completely different. Each one will be thoughtfully shaped around the moments you most want preserved.

You do not need to have every detail finalized. A preliminary schedule is enough to begin.
