A Decade in the Making: An Anniversary Adventure in Playa del Carmen

There is nothing more rewarding for us than a connection that spans a decade. Ingrid has been following Quetzal Wedding Photo since 2014, inspired by the stories we captured for her friends. Ten years and two children later, the stars finally aligned for her and Alex to have their own Playa del Carmen dream session.


Determined to make it happen, they boarded an ADO bus from Tulum with luggage in tow, arriving in Playa del Carmen ready for an adventure. We welcomed them with open arms for a magical tour through the town's most authentic corners, culminating in a breathtaking sunset session on the beach.


Capturing a love that has grown stronger over ten years is an absolute joy. We are immensely grateful to Ingrid and Alex for their trust and for reminding us why we do what we do: to freeze moments of pure happiness in time. Here’s to love, dreams realized, and many more decades of shared joy.
