Everyone wants a real-life love story…. And that’s exactly what Frankie and Matt stepped into about 5 years back. One beautiful and sunny weekend, Frankie and her family packed up and headed to their family lake house. Only this particular weekend, Frankie’s step brother decided to bring some friends. As soon as Frankie laid eyes on Matt, she called dibs on him before anyone else could speak a word! Frankie explains, "The moment we crossed paths I made the first move, and we were basically a couple by the end of that weekend." The didn’t let distance get between them. They managed to maintain a long distance relationship for two full years! As soon as Frankie could, she moved back to Kansas to be with Matt, and the rest is written in the history books. After 5 years, together, on Thanksgiving, Matt met with Frankie’s mom, to ask for her blessing. It was an instant, “Yes”. Matt was elated and chose Christmas to ask for Frankie’s hand. They didn't want anything traditional for their wedding day. They wanted to do it their way! So they chose Jojo's Pier for their ocean ceremony and after a few portraits, they met up with their VIP people and partied all night long on Tucanes Bar. It was a magical celebration and everyone was ecstatic.
