They met Valentine's Day weekend of 2014 for the first time. They were both at one of their favorite social spots, called the Lodge, in Old Town Scottsdale. They had both decided to go out and enjoy the evening over drinks and games. Jessica remembers it like this, "Josh sat down at my table and struck up a light hearted conversation that had us all laughing. He sparked a strong interest with his good looks and charm and continues to bring a smile to my face every single day. We started dating casually after the night at the Lodge and found out that we had a handful of mutual friends, which helped in the natural progression of our relationship". Four years later, Josh proposed by recreating the night when they first met. The Lodge no longer stands in that space but it holds a special place in their hearts for bringing us together that night! Jessica sums it up by saying, "We have been together for just over 5 years and truly built a strong foundation for our relationship on trust, love and by not taking one another too seriously. It is amazing to find that person who absolutely completes you and you cannot imagine living life without!"
