Once upon a time...Mary-Elizabeth and Justin met at Hope Church! At that time, neither one of them thought much about their first meeting. Years later, Mary-Elizabeth was in school at UT-Chattanooga, and Justin was busy working in Memphis. After a chance encounter over Christmas break in 2015, the two reconnected. Working up the courage, Justin asked Mary-Elizabeth out for a fun filled New Years Eve date, and as they say, the rest is history! Long distance was a hurdle that they had to overcome during their first year together, but they made it through and were stronger than ever. Justin finally popped the question at Hope Church in November of 2017! When we asked Justin how he feels about his new bride, he could barely contain himself; "Mary-Elizabeth's kind and caring personality made loving her so easy. Her compassion and generosity, especially towards those looked down on in society, are both extremely endearing qualities. Her passion for wanting to help others is so incredible, and I can't help but brag about her whenever I have the chance. She is my favorite person, and I love every moment I get to spend with her. I am so excited to see where life will take us!"
