Fancy Jewish Grand Hyatt Destination Wedding Photography Playa del Carmen | Karen + Ryan

This Fancy Jewish Wedding at Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen kept us on our feet all night long! Karen and Ryan started the celebration a day early with a welcome party for all their guests like many other couples who plan a destination wedding. However, when the rain began to fall, Karen didn’t get worried, she let loose! Karen brought out all the stops when planning her wedding, but she didn’t let any of the little stuff get to her. She was calm, cool, and collected during the storm, and this set the stage for an incredible celebration! They decided to do a destination wedding so that they could share the special weekend with their closest family and friends. Karen loves to swim in pools and do water sports and Ryan loves to dive and be in the ocean. Karen said, "We love the ocean and the food and weather in México which is why we choose this destination. We want our guests to enjoy their weekend and celebrate with us this new chapter in our lives”.We've been together 2 years and our family and friends are traveling from all over the world...Israel, Peru, Mexico, New York, Brazil, and London. The wedding was going to be a destination for almost everyone anyway, so they chose the perfect place for them all to come together. Karen and Ryan celebrated together at the Grand Hyatt in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Ryan and Karen invited more than 200 friends and family members to the Riviera Maya to come together and witness their love. The had a traditional Jewish ceremony at dusk, a delightful cocktail hour, and everyone filled the gorgeous ballroom. The reception hall was filled with flowers, candles, and crystal. Sweet notes played by a professional saxophonist and violinist filled the air. After dinner, they offered a huge dessert spread that was so large, it couldn’t fit in the reception hall! This must have been part of their plan to keep their guests’ energy up because Karen and Ryan also brought a close friend to DJ the event! The music never stopped, as well as the dancing. From the Ketubah signing to the Horah dancing, Karen and Ryan along with of all ages were riding on the energy of the day. So much positivity, love, and energy was shared between everyone in attendance. This wedding was an energetic marathon that continued after the photographers called it a night.
